An end-to-event event coordination and catering platform built to manage complex conditional parameters, cross-referencing multi-guest dietary restrictions, guest attendance, and vendor constraints.
Problem Statement
Event hosts struggle with using multiple applications, such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, Partiful, to manage budgeting, determine dietary restrictions, and select suitable catering options, creating decision fatigue and posing potential health risks when it comes to event planning.

Age: 31 Event Coordinator New York, NY
Francis is the Event Coordinator for her company in New York. She is often responsible for organizing events with clients and valued investors. In her freetime, she is a frequent attendee of various nightlife events with her friends. Due to a severe allergy to seafood, she is always very aware of the food that she eats. She loves watching the TV show "Friends" with her two cats, Kingsley and Beth.

Users found that the use of multiple applications for event planning was frustrating and overwhelming
The most difficult aspect of planning is selecting restaurants that accommodate dietary restriction of guests
It is time-consuming to compile dietary restrictions from hundreds of guests into a readable format without making potential errors
